Clemenza's – Where Tradition Meets Brick Oven Perfection.

Our uncle is best known for his memorable role as Peter Clemenza in the famous film “The Godfather.” He was also an Academy Award Nominee for the 1970 film, “Lovers and Other Strangers.” He truly valued the importance of good food, good friends, good times, and above all, family. Our uncle always desired to open a restaurant to share his devotion and passion with everyone. However, he, unfortunately, passed before he was able to pursue this dream. In his honor, we are excited to keep the spirit alive through our family restaurant, using Old World Style Italian recipes and our uncle’s wholehearted dedication to only the best.

Our food is made fresh to order with the finest ingredients to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. We sincerely hope you enjoy the taste and charm of La Cucina di Clemenza as much as our family!

You see, you start out with a little bit of oil. Then you fry some garlic. Then you throw in some tomatoes, tomato paste, you fry it; ya make sure it doesn’t stick. You get it to a boil; you shove in all your sausage and your meatballs; heh?… And a little bit o’ wine. An’ a little bit o’ sugar, and that’s my trick.
